"Worst customer service ever. I wanted them to cancel my insurance on April. They said they canceled it but they charged me for May. I call them for refund they said they did it and still no refund it’s almost more than 25 days. Update: it’s has been 2 months. Still didn’t get my money back. Also they lied to me about refund. Be careful with them."

"I hold a cdl, and I have no tickets or at fault accidents. I was paying $415 per month for just me and two cars (one that is fully paid for and 13 years old). Trying to contact someone is difficult. The initial agent, who signed me up a year and a half ago, was great, at first. But, after I signed up, I couldn’t get ahold of him. I dealt with someone else in the agency, Jordan Brumbalow, and he was attentive and helpful, but it’s been a long time since I’ve heard from him. I’m guessing he’s not at the company? Yesterday, I tried calling to add my newly licensed daughter and to talk about rate changes, no one answered. I ended up emailing….again no answer. So, I went with a different insurance company. And prior to adding my daughter, my rate was going to be $179 per month. Insurance in the state of Georgia is a joke, but you have to have it. The rates for people like myself, are astonishing. For Pete’s sake, I drive school kids around for a living, and I’ve never had an accident."

"Talked with Emily H.from Tommy’s office. Somehow I got her twice in the same day. She was phenomenal. She was so friendly and had a good sense of humor, I joke a lot. I thought it was awesome to get routed to someone in my area. The first call I probably came off a lil tired because I work nights and hadn’t went to sleep yet and she was just cheerful and helpful. I called back later that day when after I had slept and surprisingly it was her again and of course I apologized for my shortness for earlier, she totally understood and we laughed. She said I made her day which always makes me feel good. She definitely gave off the vibe that she was genuinely interested in what you are telling her and cares about what you are saying. She was so helpful and the perfect person to have in customer service. It was almost like talking to someone who you’ve known forever, that’s how comfortable she made the interaction. Definitely would recommend this agency if all the staff was like her! Tommy, if you read this… you got a good one, keep her forever! A Cantrell"

"very dissapointed with state farm Tommy Mcnual jr after having my insurance with them for almost 4 years, they terminated my contract abruptly after I made my payments stating that I made too many claims on my account. All those claims were from 3rd party faults. I never had an accident where I was at fault. I notified the headquaters because I though I was cover after I made my payment to no avail. I had to pay $103 to motor division for 2 weeks lapse of insurance which could have been avoided had they notified me in advance. I wouldn't recommend this state farm agency because they will cancel your contract if you have or 2 or 3 3rd party claims. customer experience is not important to them as compared to higher rates and payments. bad place to do business."
